The Caliber CDS13G car speaker set is a set of 2 speakers of 5.25 inches (13 centimeters). These speakers each have a 5 inch woofer and 30 millimeter Mylar Dome tweeter. This way you can enjoy the details in your music while driving.
2-way system
The Mylar Dome tweeter is solidly built and therefore resistant to the movements of driving. The tweeters separate the high sound in your music from the low of the woofers. This 2-way system allows you to enjoy an accurate sound where high and low are well mixed. For extra bass you add for example an extra Caliber subwoofer.
Power
The CDS13G speakers can handle a power of 40 Watt RMS, with a peak of 100 Watt. With an amplifier up to 100 watts in your car you're good with that. To play music for hours, an amplifier of up to 40 watts is recommended. The 88 dB sensitivity of the speakers is approximately equal to the sound of an electric lawnmower. So enjoy your music on the road at an audible volume.
Build in
The CDS13G speaker set is easy to assemble due to the built-in depth of 49 millimeters. The built-in diameter of the speakers is 11.5 centimeters. An installation manual is supplied as standard, so you can get started in no time.
